With over 20 years of corporate experience and a decade of training in holistic mind–body disciplines, Ashish integrates neuroscience-based understanding with pranic and yogic regulation to address stress, burnout, and cognitive overload at their root.

He is a Certified Mental Health First Aid Professional, Certified Pranayama Teacher (Yoga Alliance), Reiki Master Healer, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, and a Yoga Veera accredited by the Isha Foundation.

Ashish’s work focuses on stabilizing the nervous system first—so clarity, productivity, and performance emerge naturally, without burnout.

Gaurav Joshi, a mechanical engineer turned educator, has been serving as an Assistant Professor for the past seven years. Once in search of life’s deeper purpose, his journey transformed after meeting his Guru. Since 2019, as a practitioner of Hatha Yoga and Kriya Yoga, he has explored the workings of the mind and body—learning how to break free from its traps.

Today, he inspires and guides people through sessions like Know Your Mind, Perception: The Key to Success, and Mind, Meditation, and Myths, helping individuals from diverse fields unlock the true potential of their minds. Beyond his sessions, Gaurav also shares his experiences and learnings on social media, where he continues to guide people on overcoming mental barriers and finding balance through the wisdom of yoga.
